I met up with highschool sweethearts and self-professed nerds Rob & Bertha in downtown Toronto for their engagement photography session. Rob proudly showed off their youthful days in highschool with pages tabbed out in their yearbook. And since we were all self-professed nerds, we got on just fine! I am looking forward to photographing their wedding next May.

Sachin and I were involved in many of the same activities way way back in the days in university. I knew him as a bit of a prankster and a fun guy all around. Fast forward an undisclosed amount of years, and I am now a Toronto wedding photographer, married with a kid, and he is a corporate lawyer getting married! I had a lot of fun hanging out with Sachin and Manisha this Sunday at High Park. Here are some sneak peaks.

It all started with a smile. Just a few quick teasers from this Friday’s wedding… Jessica is an ultra-creative bride (what did you expect from an art teacher?) – she designed her own invitation, seating chart and even decor. She jokingly thanked her friends for participating in “Jess’ Wedding Sweatshop” – well it paid off. Her great style was definitely present throughout the wedding. I can’t wait to show you the rest.

I am extremely grateful to be doing what I do as a photographer. I not only love my work, but I have the sweetest clients. I was thrilled to have witness and captured a couple who are just so beautiful inside and out get married on a hot fall day last year. I met up with Carl again to hand them their final album, and to my surprise I got a cute thank you card and even a gift for my newborn.
Carl & Yolanda’s comment: We’re so fortunate to have found Steph and Seb. They were great to work with and produced pictures that are absolutely beautiful, capturing perfect moments throughout the day…. Very highly recommended!
